Order Processing
Processing Time: All orders are processed within [2-5 business days]. Custom or made-to-order sets may take slightly longer (up to [7 business days]).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed due to the carrier. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive your order, please contact the shipping provider first. We’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
